FAQ

• Select the lanparty you want to attend
• Click on ‘Book now’
• Select the seat you wish to reserve
• If you want to buy more then 1 ticket, you can select multiple seats on the seatplan
• You will see the amount change when you select more seats
• When you have selected all the seats you need, click ‘Next’
• If you haven’t signed in to the website, you will be asked to login. If you don’t have a login, you can register on the website
• To finalize your order, enter your address, phone number, select a payment option and agree with the terms and conditions. Then click on ‘Submit’
• When the order is completed, you will receive your ticket(s) by email

Orders can be cancelled up till one month before the event.

You receive your tickets in your e-mail after your order is completed.

You can also find your tickets in ‘My account’ on the website.

We only accept payments by Bancontact, Payconiq and iDEAL.

You can pre-order breakfasts up till 1 week before the event.

Breakfasts are not available during the event if you didn’t pre-order it!

Yes you are allowed to stream!
Make sure to tag CU-LAN! 🙂

Everyone will have 110cm space.

Yes! The whole gaming venue and entrance is wheelchair friendly. CU-LAN crew is always ready to help if needed!
